Bob Freiburger

Bob Freiburger has a significant work experience in the field of aircraft systems engineering and certification. Bob is currently serving as the Director of Systems Engineering and Certification at Electric Power Systems, Inc. Bob'sprevious role was as a Senior Aircraft Systems Engineer at Apogee Worx, LLC, where they worked as a Technical Program Manager and Lead Systems Engineer for avionics and systems upgrades on military aircraft. Prior to that, Bob worked as a Senior Aircraft Systems Engineer at Timberline Aerospace and as a Senior Aircraft Engineer at Quest Aircraft Company. Bob started their career at Rockwell Collins Inc as a Mechanical, Project, and Systems Engineer, where they gained expertise in designing avionics components, interconnect, and installations. Bob has a strong background in writing test plans, procedures, reports, and certification analysis.

Bob Freiburger earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University's College of Engineering in 1991. Bob then went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in Aircraft Systems Engineering from the same college at Iowa State University, completing it in 2002.
