Marvin Malabanan

Marvin (Makaw) Malabanan is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as Manager Talent Acquisition at Philip Morris International since November 2023. With prior experience at Philip Morris International spanning over 13 years, Marvin has held various roles including Manager HR G&A and Manager Talent Acquisition Projects, notably launching the Global PMI Internship Program, INKOMPASS, in the Philippines. Additionally, Marvin has contributed to Electric Studio Indoor Cycling as an Indoor Cycling Instructor since July 2022. Early career experience includes a role as Training Associate at Smart Communications, Inc. Marvin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Ateneo de Manila University and completed secondary education at De La Salle Lipa.
