Ollie Gilmour has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Ollie started their career as a Recruitment Administrator at RecruitAbility Solutions Ltd in 2009 and worked there until 2011. From 2013 to 2014, Ollie held two positions at The Collinson Group as a HR Projects Coordinator and a Recruitment Coordinator Internship. Ollie then worked as a Membership Assistant at The Fostering Network from September 2015 to April 2016. In 2016, Ollie joined GroupM as an HR Assistant and later worked as an HR Systems Administrator at The Mill from June 2017 to February 2018. Ollie then joined Sky as a People Insight Specialist from March 2018 to November 2018. Ollie worked as a Creative Resource Manager at Sky Creative Agency for a short period from November 2018 to March 2019. In 2019, they joined Electric Theatre Collective and worked their way up from Operations Assistant to Operations Manager. Currently, Ollie holds the position of Head of Operations at Electric Theatre Collective, where they are responsible for resource management, scheduling, capacity planning, revenue forecasting, and margin management.

Ollie Gilmour obtained a Bachelor's degree in American Studies from the University of Essex in 2015. In 2014, they also completed a brief study program in American Studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Prior to their university education, Ollie attended The Leventhorpe School from 2011 to 2012 and Newport Free Grammar School from 2004 to 2011.
