Michael Sanford

Michael Sanford serves as the Global Head of Private Equity and Senior Managing Director at Cerberus Capital Management since August 2006. In addition to this role, Michael Sanford is a board member for several companies including Landmark Structures, Electrical Components International, Red River, Source Code, and SubCom. Prior experience includes positions as an Analyst at Blackstone in the Restructuring & Reorganization Advisory Group and as an Investment Banking Analyst at Bank of America. Michael Sanford holds a Bachelor of Science degree with Highest Distinction in Finance and International Business from the Schreyer Honors College at Penn State University.
