Félix Massip

Félix Massip is an experienced professional at EDF, serving as Chef d’Exploitation since October 2011, managing a team of 25 individuals responsible for the safe operation of two 1500MW nuclear reactors 24/7. Previous roles include Ingénieur Exploitation, where training was provided in nuclear plant operation and team management, and Ingénieur Maintenance Machines Tournantes, overseeing maintenance operations and enhancing reliability processes. Félix began a career with an apprenticeship in mechanical maintenance, and earlier experience includes a project on obsolescence treatment during a final study internship. Félix holds a degree in Nuclear Installations Engineering from École des Mines de Saint-Étienne and a DUT in Mechanical Engineering and Production from IUT Tarbes.
