Laurent Reber has extensive experience in the nuclear energy sector, currently serving as Directeur adjoint division de la production nucléaire and Directeur Centre opérationnel production marché at EDF since July 2010. In these roles, Laurent Reber is responsible for maintaining the balance of EDF SA in mainland France for the electrical system, including forecasting electrical consumption, programming power plants, and optimizing energy in the market. Previously, Laurent Reber held several key positions at EDF, including Directeur Développement Pilotage et Synergie, Directeur du Centre National d’Equipement Nucléaire, and Directeur du Projet Flamanville 3 from March 2007 to November 2009, as well as serving as Directeur de cabinet du Président. Laurent Reber holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur from Mines Paris - PSL and an Agrégation de mathématiques in Mathematics from Université de Tours.
