Venkatesha Narayana

Venkatesha Narayana has extensive experience in wind resource assessment and project optimization, currently serving as Head of Wind Resource Assessment (WRA) and Project Optimization at EDF since April 2021. Prior to this role, Venkatesha held similar leadership positions at SITAC Wind Management and Development Private Limited and SunEdison, where responsibilities included site identification, wind monitoring, micrositing, suitability studies, and energy estimation. Venkatesha's background includes serving as General Manager of WRA at Bharat Light & Power, as well as a decade at Vestas, where the focus was on wind site identification and resource assessment throughout Asia Pacific. The early career began at LAWRENCE AND MAYO (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED as a Sales Engineer, specializing in marketing environmental equipment.
