Nicos Charalambous

Nicos Charalambous is a highly experienced electrical engineer currently serving as a Senior Electrical Engineer in the Maintenance Department at the Electricity Authority Cyprus since December 1995. Key responsibilities include maintenance, diagnostic testing, and rectification of high voltage equipment, including power generators and transformers, as well as the installation of power transformers, protection relays, and switchgear. Prior to this role, Nicos worked as a Shift Engineer and Planned Maintenance Engineer at Acer British Sovereign Base at Akrotiri from September 1994 to November 1995. Nicos holds a Master of Science degree in Power Electrical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from The City College of New York.
