Jordan Rushton

Jordan Rushton is currently a Realtime Application Support Engineer at Electricity North West, having started in May 2021. Previously, Jordan worked as an Application Support Analyst at ESG and began a career as an Application Support Analyst Apprentice at Utiligroup, where close collaboration with the development team was essential for troubleshooting software issues. Early career experience includes roles as a Cleaner at Cardinal Contracts Limited and a Customer Service Representative at Iceland Foods, alongside a brief stint in marketing at Rustlers. Jordan holds an OCR Level 3 Diploma in IT User Skills from Wigan and Leigh College and a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Business Studies from Runshaw College, complementing a solid background in both IT and customer service.
