Todd Holden

Todd Holden has extensive experience in environmental policy and sustainability, currently serving as an Independent Oversight Group Member at Electricity North West and an Independent Challenge Group Member at Affinity Water. Previously, Todd has held significant roles such as Energy Policy and Programme Lead at Greater Manchester Combined Authority, Director for Low Carbon at The Growth Company, and Director of Low Carbon Policy and Programmes at Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce. Notably, Todd led ENWORKS for a decade, transforming it into a recognized program for environmental business support. Todd holds a PgDip in Environmental Protection from The University of Salford and a BSc (Hons) in Science and the Environment from DeMontford University.
