Cathy Glennon

Cathy Glennon is a seasoned market research professional currently serving as a Market Research Manager at ESB since January 2023. With significant experience as a Customer Insight Analyst at Workhuman and a diverse background at Behaviour & Attitudes, where roles included Account Director and Associate Director, Cathy has expertise in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies across various sectors, particularly in motor, finance, media, and FMCG. Previously, Cathy contributed to the Marketing Society of Ireland as a Future Council Member and held teaching and business development positions in education and the insurance industry, respectively.
