Dayna Rodger

Dayna Rodger is a seasoned professional in the energy and environmental sectors, currently serving as a Regulation Analyst in Renewables and Connections at ESB since April 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Strategy Manager and Policy Manager at Ofgem, and a Housing Investment Officer at West Lothian Council. Dayna also contributed as a PhD Researcher at Glasgow Caledonian University, where responsibilities included teaching and mentoring students in Geographical Information Systems and supporting international study trips. Additional experience encompasses an Implementation Advisor position with the Scottish Government and a Planning Coordinator role at Skyform Wind. Dayna holds a PhD in Governance from Glasgow Caledonian University and a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Management.
