Marta Noemi Boros

Marta Noemi Boros is a seasoned professional in the engineering field, currently serving as the Founder of smarta engineering since August 2021 and as an Offshore Lead Cable Engineer at ESB since April 2023. Previously, Marta held the role of Installation Engineer at Vattenfall from September 2021 to October 2023, where involvement included the installation and trenching of inter-array cables for the Walney Extension offshore wind farm. Prior to that, Marta worked at Boskalis Offshore Energy in various capacities, including Tender Engineer and Project Engineer, from January 2016 to August 2021. Early career experience includes engineering positions at TAGU Offshore and an internship at PERI, in addition to a brief stint at Seneca Foods Corporation. Marta is furthering education with an Executive MBA at Nyenrode Business University and holds multiple engineering degrees from Technical University of Cluj Napoca and Jade Hochschule Oldenburg.
