Richard McEneaney

Richard McEneaney is an experienced Learning and Development professional currently serving as a Learning & Development Programme Design and Mobilisation Specialist at ESB since April 2023. Previously, Richard held the position of Training Manager at Electric Ireland, focusing on the training of outsourced service and sales advisors. Prior to that, Richard spent over 25 years at Ryanair, where roles included Training and Quality Manager, Customer Service Manager in Madrid, and Training Manager, with a strong emphasis on training development and quality assurance across multiple contact centers. Richard's educational background includes an MSc in Management from Dublin City University and various certifications in training and development, with recent CIPD qualifications in People Practice and completion of Insights Discovery training.
