Lara Pierpoint

Lara Pierpoint is the Utilities & Scale-Up Advisor at Electrified Thermal Solutions. Lara has also served as the Director of Technology Strategy at Exelon, the Senior Fundamental Program Strategy Manager, Corporate Strategy at Exelon, and the Senior Advisor, Energy Policy and Systems Analysis at the U.S. Department of Energy. Lara was also a AAAS Congressional Science & Engineering Fellow at the U.S. Senate Committee on Energy & Natural Resources and a Postdoctoral Associate and Research Assistant at MIT.

Lara Pierpoint has a PhD in Engineering Systems from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an S.M. in Nuclear Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and an S.M. in Technology and Policy from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Lara also has a B.S. in Physics from University of California, Los Angeles.
