Rhiannon Davis has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Rhiannon is currently working as the Director of Government Affairs at Electrify America since 2022. Previously, they held various positions at San Diego Gas & Electric, including Clean Transportation Policy Manager and Clean Energy Policy Manager. Their responsibilities at SDG&E involved analyzing California legislation on renewable energy procurement, EV infrastructure, decarbonization, and other energy-related issues. Prior to that, Rhiannon worked at the U.S. Department of Energy as the Acting Director and Deputy Director for American Affairs, where they provided strategic vision and leadership for Department-wide cooperation in the Americas. Rhiannon also served as the Senior Advisor for American Affairs, managing the U.S.-Brazil Strategic Energy Dialogue. Additionally, Rhiannon has experience working at Garten Rothkopf as a Senior Associate, conducting research and trend analysis for an emerging markets trade and investment consultancy. Rhiannon also worked at Taylor-DeJongh as a Graduate Intern/Analyst, providing research and analysis on global market risks and opportunities for a financial consultancy. Rhiannon's earlier experience includes working as a Patient Advocate/Spanish Interpreter at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where they helped establish a language support program and served as a patient liaison. Rhiannon also worked at CIEE, first as a Resident Coordinator and later as a Program Advisor, specializing in marketing regional study abroad programs.
