George Saramadis

George Saramadis, MSEE, is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in the automotive electronics and powertrain sectors. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Electro-Motive Diesel since October 2011, George previously held a similar position at Continental from July 2006 to October 2011. Prior to that, George was a Design Team Leader and Principal Staff RF Engineer at Motorola Solutions, contributing to both the Automotive Electronics and Cellular Infrastructure groups from May 1992 to June 2006. George began a career in RF design as an RF Design Engineer at Telesciences, Inc. from February 1990 to May 1992. Academically, George holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering specializing in Microwave Circuits & Devices and Applied Electromagnetics from the University of Illinois at Chicago, as well as a Master of Science in Physics and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
