Evaldo Porro currently serves as the Global Head of Customer Care for Professional Products at Electrolux Professional, a position held since May 2006. With extensive experience managing worldwide after sales and spare parts across 65 countries, including Europe, America, Asia, the Middle East, Russia, and Oceania, Evaldo oversees a team of 35 professionals. Prior to this role, Evaldo was the Global After Market Manager at Riello Group from 1999 to 2006, where responsibilities included international service and spare parts management across 40 countries. During the tenure at Riello, Evaldo successfully reorganized the after sales service network, implemented new service policies, and developed systems to measure service quality.
