Fabio Massimo Ciappina

Fabio Massimo Ciappina is a seasoned mechanical developer with extensive experience in project and product management within various engineering roles. Currently serving as a Senior Mechanical Developer at Electrolux since May 2022, Fabio previously held leadership positions in project and product management at Maddalena S.p.A. from December 2016 to May 2022. Prior to that, Fabio contributed to Electrolux Professional as a Project Leader and CAD Manager for dishwashing solutions, demonstrating expertise in product development and cost reduction. Early career roles include R&D Engineer at Electrolux Professional and Project Leader at CSR Italia. Fabio holds a Laurea Magistrale in Mechanical Engineering from Università degli Studi di Udine and an Executive Master in Project and Lean Management from Consorzio Universitario di Pordenone, along with foundational training as a master mechanic from ITIS Leonardo Da Vinci.
