Marcelina Statkiewicz-Scarpel is an experienced IT and HR professional with a strong background in risk and compliance management within the technology sector. Currently serving as IT Risk and Compliance Process Lead, Data Privacy Compliance Senior Specialist, and IT GDPR Specialist at Electrolux Group since April 2019, Marcelina has led the OneTrust implementation and ensured data privacy compliance. Prior experience at Electrolux from October 2010 to April 2019 included roles such as IT HR Business Analyst and HR Application Management Specialist, where Marcelina provided expert advice on HR-related queries, maintained data integrity in SAP HR, and supported HR systems. Earlier work experience includes a position as HR Advisor in Shell’s System Support Team, focusing on SAP HR modules for a diverse range of regions including Europe, Africa, and Latin America.
