Pawel Szczepaniak

Pawel Szczepaniak has been with Electrolux Group since April 2012, currently serving as a Digital Innovation Manager while previously holding roles as Consumer Experience Laboratory Manager for Steam Technology and R&D DishCare Laboratory Manager. Responsibilities include the design and supervision of R&D laboratory construction, development of test capabilities, compliance with ISO standards, and implementation of Agile methodologies. Pawel has also acted as both Project Manager and Project Technical Leader, overseeing global projects and ensuring high-quality laboratory performance. Prior experience includes work as an R&D Electronic Engineer focused on product improvement and factory support. Pawel holds a Master’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from Wrocław University of Science and Technology.
