Susanne Broman is an accomplished HR and communications professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the Electrolux Group and ALFA LAVAL CORPORATE AB. Currently serving as VP HR & Communications for the Group Product Line Taste at Electrolux Group since November 2023, Susanne previously held the position of VP HR & Communication for the Commercial & Consumer Journey organization at Electrolux AB from July 2022 to October 2023. Prior to this, Susanne served as HRBP Director for Consumer Direct Interaction Europe at Electrolux Appliances AB for a brief period in 2022 and worked as VP of Talent Management & People Management at ALFA LAVAL CORPORATE AB from June 2019 to March 2022.
