Adam Luftig

Adam Luftig is a Program Manager specializing in Talent and Performance at Electronic Arts (EA) since May 2022. Prior to this role, Adam held various positions at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., including Manager and Assistant Manager of Global Brand Supply Chain for Smashbox Cosmetics, as well as roles in Human Capital Strategy and Global Human Resources. Adam began a career in academia as a Teaching Assistant in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Brooklyn College in early 2017. Adam earned a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Brooklyn College (2015-2017) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst (2011-2015).
