Aurelian Hoza

Aurelian Hoza is a Quality Designer II at Electronic Arts (EA) since August 2024, bringing extensive experience in quality assurance and project management within the gaming industry. Previously, Aurelian held the position of QA Service Manager at Gameloft, where the management of over 300 people across multiple teams and countries was achieved, along with strategic planning for forecasting and budgeting. Aurelian also served as QA Project Manager at Gameloft Romania, coordinating remote test teams and managing a project with 35 testers across four studios. Aurelian's career at Gameloft spanned over a decade, starting as a QA Tester and advancing to roles such as Senior QA Tester, QA Lead, and Shift Manager, demonstrating a strong foundation in quality assurance processes, team leadership, and effective communication with development teams. Aurelian's educational background includes a High School Diploma in Foreign Languages and Literatures from Liceul Teoretic "Solomon Halita."
