Beatriz Paniagua

Beatriz Paniagua is a seasoned human resources leader with extensive experience in the gaming and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Director and Head of Europe People Experience at Electronic Arts, Beatriz plays a pivotal role in enhancing worker experiences and shaping talent strategies across the European region. Beatriz previously held the position of HR Director for Spain, Italy, LATAM, and Ireland, contributing significantly to EA's international localization efforts. Before joining EA, Beatriz held HR management roles at HR Access Solutions, COLT Telecom, and BT Global Services, where responsibilities included strategic HR guidance and compensation management. Beatriz earned a degree in Labour Relations from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and has further education from Colegio San Jose and Escuela Europea de coaching.
