Leah Chiles

Leah Chiles currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Electronic Arts (EA) since September 2018, where Leah has held various leadership roles including Sr. Director and Director within HR Business Partnership. Prior to EA, Leah spent over 13 years at Grainger, advancing through positions such as Director of Human Resources for Digital, Marketing, Field Sales, and Inside Sales, where notable achievements included overseeing HR compliance and enhancing team member experience across the organization. Earlier in Leah's career, experience was gained at Accenture as a Senior Consultant in Human Performance. Leah Chiles holds an MBA with a concentration in Leadership & Change Management and HR Strategy from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
