Mohammed Sharaf

Mohammed Sharaf has a strong background in information technology and infrastructure management. Mohammed served as the Director of Information Technology at Electronic Health Solutions, where they implemented centralized network services for healthcare sites and designed a 24/7 service desk based on ITIL practices. As the IT Infrastructure Manager, they managed the implementation of a large picture archiving and communication system and led a server consolidation project. Additionally, Sharaf served as the Networks & Security Manager, where they implemented large-scale networks and data center solutions. Prior to that, they worked at Menhaj Educational Technologies as the Operations and IT Manager, where they played a major role in implementing a learning management system and improving the quality of development projects. Mohammed also served as the IT Manager and Networks & System Engineer, where they designed and implemented system and server consolidations and led successful Microsoft platform migration projects.

Mohammed Sharaf holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Al-Balqa' Applied University (BAU). In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the following:
