Shantanu Bhosekar

Shantanu Bhosekar is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in information technology and eCommerce management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Information Technology at U.S. Venture, Inc. since September 2020, Shantanu also held previous roles including Director of Information Technology and Director of eCommerce Platforms, leading the eCommerce function for the company. Prior experience includes serving as Director of IT Strategy and Portfolio Management at Grainger, where Shantanu optimized planning processes through collaboration with various teams, and as Manager of IT Strategy & Portfolio Management at Kohl's, focusing on eCommerce technology initiatives to enhance customer experience. Earlier in Shantanu's career, roles at Diversey involved the development of digital products and category strategies, and initial experience at Accenture included leading turnaround initiatives through data analysis and action plans. Shantanu holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Certificate in Marketing Strategy for Business Leaders from Cornell University.
