Susan Menter currently serves as a Regional Sales Manager at Electronic Merchant Systems Nationwide, a position held since 2005, where responsibilities include hiring and training sales agents as well as managing new business development and maintaining existing accounts in the Merchant Services Industry. Previously, from July 2012 to June 2013, Susan held the role of Vice President and Event Coordinator at The Chamber of Commerce in Broadview Heights, focusing on serving as the preferred credit card provider for Chamber members. Earlier in their career, Susan worked as an Account Executive at Millcraft Paper Company from 1987 to 2005, selling fine paper and envelopes to printers in the Akron, Cleveland, and Youngstown markets and earning recognition as a Presidents Circle Member. Susan completed an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Cuyahoga Community College and graduated from Beaumont School in Cleveland Heights, Ohio, after attending Solon High School.
