Josh Peay

Josh Peay has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Josh started their career as a Lead Project Manager at Uintah Refrigeration & Elctrcl in 1999. Josh then worked as an HVAC Engineer at Dun-Rite HVAC & Automation from 2004 to 2006. In 2007, they joined University of Utah Health as an Operations Manager, a role they held until 2011. From 2015 to 2020, they worked as a Tpm/asset Engineer at University of Utah - Employment and later transitioned to the role of Project Manager at Electronic Metrology Laboratory, LLC (EML) in September 2020. Josh also has experience as a Director of Maintenance at Avalon Health Care Group from 2019 to 2020 and the Ogden Dinosaur Park & Museum Foundation from June to September 2020. Most recently, they worked as the Chief Engineer at University of Utah real estate management from 2018 to 2020. Josh Peay has a diverse education history. In 2004, they attended Davis Technical College where they obtained an Associate's degree in HVAC & controls. Josh then pursued further education in diesel mechanics technology/technician, earning another Associate's degree from Davis Technical College in 2000. In 2012, they briefly attended JCI to study extended architecture in the field of business/office automation/technology/data entry. Later, from 2016 to 2018, they enrolled at IBOA and completed courses to become a certified Building Engineer at BOC level 1 & 2. Additionally, Josh has received training and certification in Smart 2 from Atkinson Electronics and holds an unlimited boilers license from Salt Lake County. Although their start and end years are not provided, they have also pursued studies in project management at the University of Utah.
