Gilbert Quiles

Gilbert Quiles is an experienced professional in the payment processing and compliance sectors, currently serving as the Director of Certification & Compliance at Electronic Payments, Inc. since March 2020. Prior to this role, Gilbert held multiple positions, including Insurance Adjuster at Zengler & Associates and VP Card Compliance Manager at TD. As the President of Merchant Payment Consulting Group, LLC., Gilbert focused on enhancing merchants' understanding of payment card processing. Prior to his recent roles, Gilbert worked at First Data Corporation for over 16 years, ultimately serving as Compliance Manager, and held various positions in operations and disputes management in previous companies such as Chase Paymentech and American Express. Gilbert holds an MS in Management/Leadership from Nova Southeastern University and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
