Stan Mroczkowski

Stan Mroczkowski has a strong background in the telecommunications industry, with experience in various roles at different companies. Stan started their career at Motorola Mobility in 1994, where they worked as a Senior Systems Engineer and Team Leader, overseeing a team of engineers and collaborating with vendors to develop wireless communication systems. Stan also served as an Executive Account Manager, focusing on supporting Sprint Nextel and resolving any issues with software application providers. In 2013, they joined CommScope as an Account Manager, responsible for driving revenue growth through key enterprise accounts. During their time there, they achieved significant sales success with major telecommunications companies. Since 2016, Stan has been working at Electronic Service Solutions as the Director of DAS and ARCS Business, specializing in designing and implementing Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) solutions for public safety applications. Stan is certified by the FDNY to provide Auxiliary Radio Communication Systems (ARCS) design and services.
