Nichole Hexom

Nichole Hexom, PHR, is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background, currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Electronic Theatre Controls since November 2022. Previous roles include Human Resources Generalist positions at Crusader Community Health and Taylor Company, as well as a Benefits & Payroll Analyst at Rosecrance Health Network. Nichole has extensive recruiting experience, having interviewed over 1,100 candidates and successfully placing around 650 in various production and assembly roles. Additional expertise includes managing new hire orientations, overseeing payroll processes, and conducting employee relations investigations across multiple organizations. Nichole holds an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies from Rock Valley College.
