Austin Moseley serves as the Senior Operations Manager and Chief Architect at Electronic Transaction Consultants, a position held since February 1999. In this role, Austin leads RFP responses, project delivery, and operations for eleven significant toll projects, managing budgets between $10 million and $100+ million, and overseeing systems that process over seven million transactions daily. Prior experience includes consulting at Computer Systems Authority from 1996 to 1998 and engineering at Hughes Corporation from 1994 to 1996. Academically, Austin earned a BA in Mathematics and Russian from the University of Texas at Arlington and was an Honor Graduate in Russian from the Defense Language Institute. Additional educational background includes studies at the University of Texas at Austin.
