John Hayles

John Hayles is an experienced software delivery manager and technical lead at Electronic Transaction Consultants, with a focus on design, mentoring, and implementation for core tollway solutions since July 2009. Previously, John held various roles at Texas Instruments from 1989 to 2009, where responsibilities included leading software development teams, managing helpdesk operations, and developing web applications. Key achievements include co-creating the Application Development Framework to enhance rapid application development. John holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas Permian Basin.
