Jason Pizzillo

SVP Advanced Development at Electronic Warfare Associates (EWA)

Jason Pizzillo has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Jason started their career in 1996 as a Manufacturing Engineer Co-Op at Purolator-Facet, Inc. Jason then worked at Honeywell Aerospace as a Production Engineer and Cell Technical Leader, focusing on Six Sigma utilization and leading Six Sigma teams. In 2000, they joined Intel Corporation as a Development Engineer, responsible for developing and deploying microprocessor test contactors and thermal solutions.

From 2001 to 2008, Jason worked at EWA Government Systems Inc. (EWA GSI), where they served as the Director of Programs for the Special Programs Group, managing advanced technical and budgetary aspects of multiple U.S. government programs. Jason was also a Project Engineer for SPG, handling system engineering, technical support, and customer relations.

Between 2005 and 2010, Jason was employed at EWA as the Director of the New Product Development Group. Jason led a diverse team in generating and evaluating new product ideas for the commercial market, employing a market-driven approach.

In 2010, Jason became the President of SimpliciKey, LLC, a startup consumer electronics company. Jason successfully led the company from product concept to a national retail sales program, focusing on remote control electronic door locks. Jason was actively involved in research and development, including cloud-based products and targeted products for people with disabilities.

Since 2015, Jason has been with Electronic Warfare Associates (EWA) as the SVP of Advanced Development. In this role, they are responsible for new product development programs and technology initiatives, as well as supporting business development and providing technical consulting services for EWA and its subsidiaries.

Jason Pizzillo earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University from 1994 to 1998. In 2010, they completed the Key Executives Program at Harvard Business School. In 2019, they attended the MIT Sloan School of Management for the Entrepreneurship Development Program. Additionally, Jason obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in April 2017.
