Shridhar Chilka

Shridhar Chilka has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Shridhar recently joined Electronica Finance Limited as the Head of Strategy in December 2022. Before that, they worked as the Chief Manager of Strategy at TVS Credit Services Ltd. from July 2022 to December 2022. Prior to these roles, Shridhar was associated with Aditya Birla Finance Limited from June 2019 to July 2022, where they worked in Strategy and Business Development. Shridhar also gained experience as a Corporate Project Intern at Aditya Birla Capital from October 2018 to May 2019. Shridhar holds a Master's degree and served as the Research Head for the Samriddhi Fund at SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) from June 2018 to April 2019. Additionally, they worked as a Summer Intern at CRISIL Limited in 2018. Shridhar also had a short internship at Salaam Bombay Foundation in February 2018. Shridhar started their career as an Assistant Manager at Coal India Limited from September 2014 to May 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a Practising Chartered Accountant at R Trivedi & Associates from August 2013 to August 2014.

Shridhar Chilka pursued their education in a chronological order. From 2007 to 2011, they attended The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and obtained a CA degree in Finance, General. Following that, they enrolled in The Institute of Company Secretaries of India from 2011 to 2013, where they completed a degree in Company Secretary.

In terms of undergraduate education, Shridhar Chilka attended the University of Mumbai from 2007 to 2010, earning a B.com degree with a focus on Finance and Taxation. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at St. Xavier's High School from 2000 to 2005, obtaining an SSC degree.

Continuing their professional development, in 2018, they pursued further certification in CFA from the CFA Institute. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) between 2017 and 2019.

In terms of additional certifications, Shridhar Chilka participated in the AWS Innovate X Action program offered by Amazon Web Services (AWS) in April 2023. Shridhar also obtained the CFA certification from the CFA Institute in June 2018.
