Tamara Shelton has extensive experience in service operations and training management. Currently a Team Lead in Service Operations and previously a Professional Services Coordinator at EFI since March 2008, Tamara specializes in customer interaction, administrative support, and process management within the Salesforce.com system. Prior to EFI, Tamara worked as a Training Manager at Allstate Workplace Division from November 1995 to October 2005, where responsibilities included leadership development and compliance training, managing a team of trainers, and creating training materials for various operational areas.
