Tsuyoshi Kaji

Tsuyoshi Kaji is the Chairman of the Board at ElectroRoute and a board member of ElectroRoute Japan. Kaji previously held leadership roles at Mitsubishi Corporation, including General Manager of the Investment Administration/Strategy Planning Unit in the Group CEO Office (2020–2021) and General Manager of the International Utility Department, International Power Division, where they led a department consisting of five business units: Europe Power, Transmission, International Water, Hydrogen, and Carbon Management. They also served as Senior Vice President at d-rights Inc. (2000–2007), where they led the international division and launched Beyblade, one of the world’s most profitable animation franchises. Kaji earned a law degree from The University of Tokyo (1994–1998) and an MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management (2007–2009).
