Jamie Luna

Jamie has extensive experience in HR, marketing, property management, construction and higher education. This wide-ranging experience enables her to provide essential administrative support to the project team and excellent customer service to the client. Jamie prepares and updates documents and forms for Design Consultants. She supports Design Consultants in day-to-day management of team activities and assists in the preparation of proposals, specifications, RFQs and SOQ. So that Design Consultants can concentrate on their client-facing tasks, Jamie supports them with coordination of meetings, material preparation and distribution of notes. She also maintains and supports the office providing assistance with billings, forecasts, funnels and rollups.
