Rashmi Ranjan Das

Rashmi Ranjan Das has extensive work experience in various roles in the field of operations and engineering. Rashmi Ranjan started their career as a Project Engineer at ENGINEERING PROJECTS (INDIA) LIMITED, where they worked from August 1990 to July 1992. Rashmi Ranjan then moved on to Usha Martin Limited, where they served as an Operations Manager from August 1992 to August 1997. Finally, they joined Electrosteel Group as Vice President of Operations in September 1997, where they have remained in the role until the present time.

Rashmi Ranjan Das has a degree in Organizational Leadership from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. Rashmi Ranjan also has a degree in Boiler Operation from the National Power Training Institute (ER), Durgapur, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Nagpur University. Additionally, they have obtained a certification as a Boiler Repairer from the Government Of West Bengal Directorate Of Factories. Rashmi Ranjan also has studied Heavy Equipment Maintenance Technology/Technician at the Indian Institute for Production Management (iiPM)-Kansbahal, Orissa, India.
