Shermadevi Yegnaswami Rajagopalan

Mr. Shermadevi Yegnaswami Rajagopalan, aged about 85 years, is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary by Profession.

He worked as the Whole-time Director of the Company from 1988 to 2007 and retired on 9th August, 2007.

Thereafter, he was appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 22nd January, 2010.

He has extensive experience in corporate and related laws and finance matters. He has an expertise in effective management of relationship with shareholders and stakeholders.
