Ubayadullah M currently serves as Senior Deputy General Manager at Electrosteel Group since August 2021 and previously held the position of Deputy General Manager at JSW Steel since October 2007. With extensive experience in blast furnace operations, Ubayadullah has been instrumental in strategizing for a business plan of 10mtpa of hot metal, overseeing production planning, resource management, and maintenance. Responsibilities include setting the techno-economics of plant performance, executing productivity and quality improvement projects, coordinating with customers and suppliers, and maintaining ISO certifications. Ubayadullah played a key role in the project and operational phases of BF-3 and BF-4, including technology vendor selection. Ubayadullah earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Metallurgical Engineering from the Government College of Engineering in Salem.
