Vivek Birodkar currently serves as the Business Head of Design & Build at Eleganz Interiors Ltd since October 2024. Prior to this role, Vivek held the position of Vice President for Engineering and Construction Development at DSP Design Associates from April 2013 to September 2024, overseeing design-build projects through all stages, including procurement and vendor selection. Earlier career experiences include roles such as Consulting Director-Projects at Integrated Infra Solutions, Vice President-Projects at ANJ Group, and Associate Vice President-Projects at Niteen Parulekar Architects, all focusing on turnkey projects and tendering processes. Vivek has also been involved in academia as a Civil Engineering instructor at M.H. Saboo Siddik College of Engineering since June 1993, where Vivek completed a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

Spreading its branches, it has 4 units in different cities creating beautiful, robust structures for its distinguished client base, developing standards and achieving their mission of leading the Interior Fit-Out Industry that the founders inspire. In the year 1999, their son Mr. Sammeer Pakvasa, a rare mélange of technicality and creativity, joined the company, gaining technical knowledge and experience of the industry. Having taken up directorial roles with as much élan, he too is a change-maker- a sheer innovator. Keeping up with time & technology, Eleganz now boasts of owning 2 fully automated woodworking factories with state-of-the-art German machinery to design & shape every idea. With 50+ years of experience by delivering 40+ mn SFT of space for 400+ projects.
