Randy Dyer

Randy Dyer has an extensive work experience spanning over two decades in the biotechnology and life sciences industry. Randy currently holds the position of Vice President of Marketing at ELEGEN since January 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Product Marketing at DNA Script from May 2021 to January 2023. From August 2019 to May 2021, Randy worked as the Sr. Director of Product Marketing at Purigen Biosystems. Randy has also held the role of Director of Product Marketing at Labcyte Inc. from May 2010 to August 2019. Before that, Randy worked as a Product Manager at Agilent Technologies from November 2007 to May 2010. Randy began their career as an Applications Scientist at Velocity11 from November 2006 to November 2007. Randy has also worked at companies such as Johnson & Johnson (Scios Inc.) as a Staff Research Associate, Amphora Discovery as an Associate Scientist, Amersham Biosciences as a Research Associate II, and Santa Cruz Biotechnology as a Research Associate.

Randy Dyer pursued their education starting in 1996 when they enrolled at the University of California, Santa Cruz. Randy completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in MCD Biology in the year 2000. After a break in their educational journey, Randy decided to further enhance their knowledge in Business Administration and Management. In 2013, they began attending the Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree. Randy successfully completed their MBA education in 2014.
