Denys Koshchavtsev

Denys Koshchavtsev currently serves as the Director of Human Capital at ELEKS since March 2021, following a role as Senior Human Resources Advisor at FLOW- Ethical Credit Management. Previously, Denys held several significant HR positions, including Chief Human Resources Officer at SolarHome, where organizational changes led to a substantial decrease in customer acquisition costs and staff turnover. As Human Resources Director at Biosphere Corporation, Denys developed an HR strategy that improved recruitment efficiency and implemented corporate health insurance for over 2000 employees. Earlier, Denys was the Group HR Director at StarLightMedia, and held various HR leadership roles at Platinum Bank and MTS Group, contributing to enhancements in employee engagement and talent management practices. Denys holds a Master's degree in Finance from Kherson National Technical University.
