Vitaliy Nikitchyn

Vitaliy Nikitchyn is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in customer support and operations management. Currently serving as Customer Support Team Lead and L3 Support Engineer at ELEKS since April 2020, Vitaliy previously held the role of Senior Application Support Analyst at EPAM Systems from March 2013 to April 2020, where responsibilities included resolving complex issues and conducting disaster recovery tests. Prior experience includes leadership positions as Head of IT Operations at ProFinBank and Head of IT at Gradostroy, focusing on incident management, regulation development, and team training. Vitaliy began a career in IT as a System Administrator at Arterium and has military experience as a sergeant major in the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Vitaliy holds a Specialist degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from International Solomon University, along with ITIL certification.
