Vitaliy Nikitchyn is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in customer support and operations management. Currently serving as Customer Support Team Lead and L3 Support Engineer at ELEKS since April 2020, Vitaliy previously held the role of Senior Application Support Analyst at EPAM Systems from March 2013 to April 2020, where responsibilities included resolving complex issues and conducting disaster recovery tests.
