Helena Kopka

Helena Kopka is a skilled professional with extensive experience in customer service, project coordination, and training across various industries. Currently serving as a Project Coordinator in Digital and Social Media Marketing at Elekta since October 2022, Helena previously worked at Medtronic from January 2016 to September 2022, first as a Senior Customer Care Representative with Spanish and later as a Customer Care Representative with Spanish, where Helena also delivered SAP and Soft Skills training. Prior to Medtronic, Helena was employed at Elavon Europe from November 2012 to December 2015, holding several roles including Underwriting and Customer Service Specialist, and Junior Underwriting Specialist. Helena began the career in radio broadcasting at UniRadio 103.6 FM in 2011. Helena holds a Master's degree in Sociology from The Maria Grzegorzewska Academy of Special Education and completed an Erasmus Exchange in Humanities and Psychology at Huelva University.
