Isabelle Bousquet

Isabelle Bousquet has over 25 years of experience in human resources. Isabelle is currently working as the Human Resources Lead for Elekta in Canada. Prior to joining Elekta, Isabelle worked as the Director of Human Resources at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson. Isabelle also held the position of Director of Human Resources at Actelion, and prior to that, they worked as the Human Resources Manager at Pharmascience. Isabelle's early career includes a role as a Human Resources Business Partner at Desjardins.

Isabelle Bousquet attended Collège Marie-Victorin from 1987 to 1989, where they earned a Diplôme d'études collégiales in Sciences humaines. Isabelle then enrolled at Université de Montréal from 1989 to 1992 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations. In 2014, Isabelle completed the High-Performance Leadership program at IMD.
