Sathiq Lathief has extensive experience in various roles related to technology and data management. Sathiq started their career as a Software Engineer at Concio in 2000. Sathiq then worked at Claria Corporation as a Software Engineer, where they developed business intelligence reporting systems and migrated projects to SQL server and Oracle. After that, they joined Coupons Inc as a Principal Developer, where they built datamarts to manage ad campaigns for various platforms.

In 2010, Sathiq became a Solution Architect/Technical Project Manager at Yahoo, where they implemented marketing automation initiatives and built enterprise system architecture using IDEF modeling. Later, they worked at Autodesk as a Data Engineer, where they successfully migrated the marketing platform Aprimo to Marketo and set up Hadoop Hive data store for marketing analytics.

In 2016, Sathiq joined CodeObjects Inc. as a Data Architect, where they built data migration solutions for insurance products and set up ETL framework and business analytics tools. Sathiq then moved to Elekta as a Principal Software Engineer, where they built an enterprise data warehouse for clinical and oncology data.

Currently, Sathiq is working as a Tech Lead at Silicon Valley Bank, where they are responsible for leading all aspects of the technology deliverables related to lending and liquidity management products. Sathiq collaborates with multiple teams, vendors, and offshore development to ensure timely delivery of quality work.

Throughout their career, Sathiq has demonstrated strong technical skills in areas such as ETL, data warehousing, business intelligence, and software development.

Sathiq Lathief completed their education at Bharathidasan University from 1995 to 2008, earning a Masters in Computer Applications with a focus on Computers. Additionally, they obtained a Degree in Mathematics from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University from 1995 to 1998. Sathiq has additional certifications in Veracode Security Labs Champion Level 1 from Veracode and Java from Sun Microsystems.
